Reduces high school education requirement for aesthetician's license applicants from two years to one year, or alternatively requires proof of being at least 21 years old instead of 23 years old.

Decreases required training hours for aesthetician course completion from 600 hours to 400 hours at a licensed school.

Maintains existing requirements that applicants submit an application, pass the aesthetician examination, and pay prescribed licensing fees.

Allows applicants to satisfy education requirements through graduation from aesthetician schools in other states or countries with substantially equivalent requirements.
