Repeals sections 6 and 7 of Laws 2010, sixth special session, chapter 2, relating to the state lottery.

Effective July 1, 2012, transfers all authority, powers, duties and responsibilities from the state lottery and Arizona State Lottery Commission established under title 5, chapter 5 to those entities established under title 5, chapter 5.1, article 2.

Preserves the validity and status of all existing actions, obligations, contracts, judicial proceedings, licenses, permits and other authorizations issued under the previous lottery structure.

Transfers all assets, cash, inventory, equipment, records, data and unexpended appropriated funds from the old lottery entities to the new lottery entities as of July 1, 2012.

Transfers all state personnel employed by the old lottery entities to comparable positions and pay classifications in the new lottery entities on July 1, 2012.
