Allows the best management practices committee for regulated agricultural activities to adopt rule revisions as exempt rules with immediate effective dates under Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1032.

Exempt rules are not subject to the standard rulemaking procedures under title 41, chapter 6, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes.

Requires the committee to submit exempt rules for publication in the Arizona administrative register by the secretary of state.

Applies to revisions of rules required under section 49-457, Arizona Revised Statutes, governing agricultural best management practices.
