Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-434.01 to update references to soil remediation standards from "section 49-104, subsection B, paragraph 16" to "title 49, chapter 1, article 4."

Requires property owners with actual knowledge of soil remediation to provide written notice to purchasers prior to transferring ownership.

Exempts notice requirement when soil remediation meets residential use standards established under Title 49, Chapter 1, Article 4.

Defines "residential use" as properties with dwellings where residents have frequent soil contact, including child care centers and elementary schools.

Allows civil actions to proceed for seller failure to provide required written notice to purchasers.
