Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-2201 regarding the Timeshare Owner's Association and Management Act.

Replaces references to "the effective date of this chapter" with the specific date "August 12, 2005" in two instances within the statute.

Applies to all timeshare plans, timeshare property, and associations established on or after August 12, 2005.

Also applies to timeshare plans, property, and associations established before August 12, 2005, unless the timeshare instrument provides otherwise.

Establishes that this chapter governs over any conflicting statutes related to the operation and management of timeshare plans, property, or associations in Arizona.
