Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 14-3722, 14-5314, and 14-5414 to allow counties to charge estates for reasonable compensation when the county pays for services from general fund appropriations in probate, guardianship, and protective proceedings.

Requires county treasurers to deposit monies collected from estate reimbursements back into the same fund from which the county made the expenditure.

Applies to investigator, accountant, lawyer, physician, registered nurse, psychologist, and guardian/conservator services appointed in probate administration, guardianship, and protective proceedings.

Establishes that counties may recover the reasonable cost of services provided when compensation by the estate, ward, or petitioner is not feasible and the court must otherwise pay for these services.
