Requires subdividers selling lots outside active management areas to record a document disclosing whether the subdivision's water supply is adequate or inadequate, beginning January 1, 2012.

The disclosure document must be recorded with the subdivision plat in the county recorder's office and include a legal description of the land subject to the subdivision.

If a water supply is subsequently determined to be adequate after initial inadequate designation, the Department of Water Resources must notify the water provider, which must then notify affected customers.

Subdividers already required to provide water adequacy disclosures under section 33-406 are exempt from this requirement.

The disclosure document must comply with all other legal requirements for recording documents.
