Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-341 to expand school district bullying policies to include harassment, intimidation, and bullying based on actual or perceived sexual orientation.

Requires school governing boards to prescribe and enforce policies and procedures prohibiting pupils from harassing, intimidating, and bullying other pupils on school grounds, school property, school buses, school bus stops, and at school-sponsored events and activities.

Mandates bullying policies include components for confidential student reporting, written parent reports, employee reporting requirements, documentation procedures, investigation processes, disciplinary procedures, and consequences for false reports.

Applies to all incidents of harassment, intimidation, and bullying, with specific inclusion of conduct based on actual or perceived sexual orientation as a protected category.
