• Permits the director to issue beer fair licenses to domestic microbreweries at sanctioned county or state fairs with permission from fair organizers, authorizing sampling and sales of microbrewery products on-site and off-site, with a $15 fee per event.

• Requires approval from the board of supervisors for unincorporated area events or the governing body of a city or town for events held within those jurisdictions.

• Requires a two-thirds affirmative vote in both houses of the legislature for enactment and dedicates the act to the memory of Christopher Wilson.
