Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 3-108 regarding the department of agriculture administrative support fund.

Removes reference to section 3-554, subsection A from the list of sections whose collected monies are deposited into the administrative support fund.

Maintains that monies from interagency agreements under sections 3-588, 3-1084, 3-468.03, and 3-526.03 continue to be deposited into the administrative support fund or the citrus, fruit and vegetable revolving fund.

Preserves the continuous appropriation status of monies in the fund and their exemption from lapsing appropriations provisions under section 35-190.
