Prohibits lobbyists, designated public lobbyists, and authorized public lobbyists from providing false information to public officials regarding material facts pertaining to legislative or administrative action.

Imposes a 3-year ban on acting as any type of lobbyist following conviction for violating provisions of the lobbyist registration article.

Classifies violations as class 1 misdemeanors and subjects violators to civil penalties equal to the total compensation received from the principal or public body on whose behalf the false information was provided.

Requires the Arizona Secretary of State to assess and collect civil penalties, with collected amounts deposited in the state general fund.
