Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-1133 to require an affidavit of legal value be appended to all deeds and real property sale contracts at the time of recording, containing specified information about the transaction.

Affidavit must include buyer and seller names/addresses, legal description, situs address, sale date, total consideration, financing type, personal property value, assessor's parcel number, transaction conditions and party relationships, property use/occupancy type, and contact person information.

County recorders are required to refuse recording any deed or contract unless a complete affidavit is appended or the instrument bears an exemption notation per section 11-1134.

Affidavit is considered complete if all required information is stated or indicated as "not applicable" on the approved form.

Creates a deceptive practice violation under title 44, chapter 10, article 7 for any person who knowingly files a deed or contract with an incomplete or incorrect affidavit.
