Increases the daily credit rate for prisoners committed for nonpayment of fines from ten dollars per day to sixty dollars per day.

Maintains the existing ten dollar per day credit limit for prisoners employed at hard labor toward payment of fines.

Updates gender-specific language by replacing "he" with "the prisoner" in statutory text.

Preserves existing consequences for prisoners who refuse to perform hard labor for fine payment under Section 13-810.
