Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 38-852.01 regarding the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS).

Corrects the effective date of the benefits non-reduction provision from "the effective date of this section" to April 30, 1973.

Clarifies that PSPRS benefits cannot be reduced due to payments received under the federal Social Security system (Old Age and Survivors Insurance).
