Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 38-735 regarding payment of contributions to the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS).

Replaces reference to "excise revenue" with "transaction privilege" taxes in provisions allowing the state to recover delinquent employer contribution payments from political subdivisions.

Maintains existing requirements that employers remit certified contribution amounts to ASRS and that delinquent payments accrue interest at the board-approved actuarial equivalency rate.

Preserves the state's ability to recover delinquent ASRS payments through court action or by deducting amounts from other monies payable to delinquent political subdivisions.
