Amends section 3-121, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to agricultural extension work under the Smith-Lever Act.

Clarifies that the Arizona Board of Regents is authorized to receive federal grant money appropriated under the Smith-Lever Act.

Maintains the Board of Regents' authority to organize and conduct agricultural extension work in connection with the University of Arizona's College of Agriculture in accordance with the terms and conditions of the federal act.

Makes a technical correction by removing outdated language referring to "universities and state college of Arizona" and replacing it with "Arizona" in the statutory reference.
