Amends section 3-108 of Arizona Revised Statutes to make a technical correction regarding the department of agriculture administrative support fund.

Removes a reference to section 3-554, subsection A from the list of sections whose collected monies are deposited into the administrative support fund.

Maintains provisions allowing monies from interagency agreements under sections 3-588, 3-1084, 3-468.03, and 3-526.03 to be deposited into the administrative support fund or the citrus, fruit and vegetable revolving fund.

Preserves the requirement that monies be deposited pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147.

Confirms that monies in the fund remain continuously appropriated and exempt from lapsing of appropriations under section 35-190.
