Amends Section 3-123 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding cooperative agricultural extension work.

Removes outdated reference to "universities and state college of Arizona" and replaces it with "Arizona board of regents."

Maintains that cooperative agricultural extension work consists of practical demonstrations and information sharing in agriculture and home economics through field demonstrations, publications, and other means.

Requires that agricultural extension work be conducted through mutual agreement between the Arizona board of regents and the county agricultural extension board of each county.
