Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-3513 regarding administrative charges for vehicle immobilization, impoundment, and storage.

Administrative charges shall not exceed $150, except charges are tripled to $450 for a registered owner's second or subsequent immobilization or impoundment of the same vehicle.

Towing companies performing removal, immobilization, impoundment, storage, or release services are not charged administrative fees.

Administrative charges are collected at vehicle release and deposited into special funds: municipal or county special funds, Arizona highway patrol fund, or capitol police administrative towing fund depending on which agency conducts the impoundment.

Vehicle operators are responsible for all towing, immobilization, storage, and administrative charges only if the vehicle was stolen and the theft was reported to law enforcement.
