Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-4138 regarding charges for violations of mandatory motor vehicle insurance requirements.

Changes reference in subsection A from "sections" to "subsections" to correct terminology when referring to violations of section 28-4135, subsection A or B.

Clarifies that only one penalty shall be imposed against a person charged and found to have violated both subsections arising from the same series of acts.

Maintains existing provisions that suspensions imposed under section 28-4135 are in addition to any suspensions by the department and that civil court penalties may run concurrently with department-issued suspensions.
