Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 39-121.01 regarding public records maintenance and access.

Allows public officers to delete a resident's name, address, and identifying information from communications before providing records to their public body or releasing them to the public.

Applies only when residents communicate with officers through personal mailing addresses, personal computers, personal telephones, or other personal electronic/internet mechanisms that create public records.

Preserves existing public records laws regarding officer and public body responsibilities for maintaining, preserving, and providing access to public records.
