Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-1204 to add public defenders and state, county, or municipal park rangers to the list of persons protected under aggravated assault laws.

Assault on a public defender or park ranger is classified as aggravated assault under subsection A, paragraph 8, making it a class 6 felony.

Aggravated assault on a public defender resulting in physical injury is classified as a class 5 felony under subsection E, paragraph 3.

Defines "public defender" as an attorney provided at cost to a county or city pursuant to Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 6.5.

Repeals conflicting versions of section 13-1204 from Laws 2010, chapters 241 and 276, section 2 to resolve statutory conflicts.
