Adds mold assessors and remediators to the professions regulated by the State Board of Technical Registration under Title 32, Chapter 1, Arizona Revised Statutes.

Establishes a Mold Assessment and Remediation Rules and Standards Committee consisting of an industrial hygienist/toxicologist, mold assessment/remediation specialist, Department of Health Services representative, registered engineer/geologist, and a board member to draft best practices and standards.

Requires applicants for mold assessor or remediator certification to hold one of five specified certifications (Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Mold Assessor, Certified Microbial Consultant, Certified Mold Remediator) or complete at least 30 hours of board-approved training in mold, moisture, and personal protection equipment.

Mandates that certified mold assessors and remediators conduct on-site assessments following nationally recognized guidelines or use licensed/certified laboratories for sample analysis, with results provided to the client; prohibits mold assessors from performing remediation services.

Exempts state employees performing official duties, insurance company employees/adjusters, and pest management professionals licensed in the fungi category from mold assessor/remediator certification requirements.
