AZ HB2394

Establishes an annual sustainable state parks fee collected at vehicle registration for all motor vehicles in Arizona, except commercial vehicles, with the amount determined by the Arizona State Parks Board.

Requires registering officers to collect the fees and deposit them into a newly created sustainable state parks fund that is continuously appropriated to the board.

Authorizes the Arizona State Parks Board to administer the fund and use monies for operating, maintaining, and making capital improvements to state parks.

Eliminates day-use fees for state parks for vehicles displaying Arizona license plates, while preserving the board's ability to charge fees for special services such as tours and overnight camping.
