Requires landlords to notify the Arizona Director of Housing and all tenants in writing at least 60 days before changing an age-restricted mobile home park to an all-age community.

Establishes a mobile home relocation fund to compensate eligible tenants who own their mobile homes and must relocate due to the change in community age restriction.

Limits relocation expense reimbursement to the lesser of actual moving costs or $5,000 for single-section homes and $10,000 for multi-section homes, provided the home is relocated to another age-restricted community within 100 miles.

Requires tenants to submit relocation contracts to the director within 180 days of notification and complete the move within 45 days of director approval, with the director having 15 days to approve or deny contracts.

Exempts landlords from making any payments into the mobile home relocation fund for homes moved under this section.
