Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-805 to modify when trial courts must enter criminal restitution orders for unpaid balances.

Expands the circumstances triggering restitution orders to include when a defendant absconds from probation, in addition to completion of probation or sentence expiration.

Maintains that criminal restitution orders can be recorded and enforced as civil judgments without requiring renewal under sections 12-1611 or 12-1612.

Specifies that criminal restitution orders do not expire until paid in full and interest accrues pursuant to section 44-1201.

Confirms criminal restitution orders are classified as criminal penalties for federal bankruptcy purposes.
