Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-341 to require school district governing boards to hold at least one meeting annually to discuss vocational education needs with the local business community.

The meeting must occur during a regularly scheduled board meeting and include discussion of current and anticipated vocational education needs of local businesses.

Makes this a mandatory duty of school governing boards as part of their general powers and duties related to education and workforce development.
