Increases minimum, presumptive, and maximum sentences for methamphetamine violations under section 13-3407 from 5/10/15 years to remain unchanged in subsection A.

Sets enhanced sentences for repeat methamphetamine offenders with prior convictions under section 13-3407 or 13-3407.01 at minimum 10 years, presumptive 15 years, maximum 20 years.

Adds one year to presumptive, minimum, and maximum sentences for violations of section 13-3411, subsection A, with inmates ineligible for suspension, probation, pardon, or early release except under limited circumstances.

Adds one year to presumptive, minimum, and maximum sentences for drug offenses under sections 13-3402, 13-3405, 13-3406, 13-3407, or 13-3408 when the offense occurs on public park or playground grounds or adjacent parking lots or sidewalks.
