Requires ambulance services to ensure each applicant for employment as an ambulance attendant or certified emergency medical technician obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card issued pursuant to section 41-1758.03 or provide documentation of their application for such a card.

Requires ambulance attendants and certified emergency medical technicians to certify on notarized forms whether they are awaiting trial on or have been convicted of specific criminal offenses listed in section 41-1758.03, subsections b and c in Arizona or similar offenses in another state or jurisdiction.

Establishes that applicants or employees must pay any fees established by the director of the department of public safety for the costs of state and federal fingerprint processing.

Adds section 36-2247 to the definition of "person" in section 41-619.51 requiring fingerprinting for ambulance attendants and certified emergency medical technicians.

Amends section 41-1758.01 to include fingerprint background checks for persons required under section 36-2247 among the duties of the fingerprinting division.
