Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 9-500.14 regarding municipal use of resources to influence elections.

Changes the term "informational reports" to "informational pamphlets" in the exception allowing cities and towns to distribute materials on proposed bond elections under section 35-454.

Maintains the prohibition on cities and towns using personnel, equipment, materials, buildings, or other resources to influence election outcomes.

Preserves the exception allowing municipalities to report on official actions of their governing bodies without violating the election influence prohibition.
