Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 44-1222 concerning unolicited merchandise and fraudulent practices.

Clarifies that recipients of unsolicited goods delivered by mail or common carrier may refuse delivery and are not obligated to return the goods to the sender.

Specifies four exceptions where the statute does not apply: goods mailed by mistake in response to an order, goods mistakenly mailed to the wrong recipient, substantially equivalent substitute goods, and goods mailed pursuant to another person's order.

Changes the conjunctive language in the exceptions from "or" to periods, making each exception a separate subsection for technical clarity.
