Amends section 28-4138 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to mandatory motor vehicle insurance charges and violations.

Changes "sections" to "subsections" in subsection A to clarify that only one penalty shall be imposed against a person charged with violating both subsections 28-4135(A) or (B) arising from the same series of acts.

Confirms that suspensions imposed under section 28-4135 are in addition to any other suspensions the department may impose under the same article.

Allows courts to order suspensions under section 28-4135 to run concurrently with any suspensions ordered by the department when a civil penalty is imposed for the same series of acts.
