Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 22-407 regarding municipal court presiding officers and handling of fines or forfeitures.

Modifies language to clarify that a presiding officer who knowingly receives a fine or forfeiture and knowingly fails, refuses, or neglects to pay or disburse it according to law within 30 days of receipt commits a class 2 misdemeanor.

Changes the conjunction from "or" to a comma in the statutory language describing prohibited conduct related to fine disbursement.

Constitutes a technical correction to existing statute language while maintaining the same legal standard and penalty.
