Adds new subsection G to Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2911 prohibiting educational institution governing boards from adopting or enforcing policies that prohibit concealed weapon possession by individuals with valid permits under section 13-3112 or firearm transportation/storage under section 12-781.

Renumbers subsequent subsections H through J to become I through K to accommodate the new concealed weapons provision.

Maintains existing prohibitions on interference with or disruption of educational institutions, including threatening physical injury or property damage, unauthorized entry, or refusing lawful orders to leave campus.

Preserves exemption for private universities, colleges, high schools and other private educational institutions from the rule adoption requirements of subsection D.

Clarifies that approved gun safety programs on school campuses are not precluded by the rules governing educational institution property.
