Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3006 to correct terminology from "communications service provider" to "communication service provider" throughout the statute.

Clarifies that a person commits a class 6 felony when obtaining knowledge of wire or electronic communication contents through connivance with a communication service provider or its officer or employee.

Specifies that communication service providers, officers, or employees who intentionally divulge contents or nature of wire or electronic communications without authorization are guilty of a class 6 felony.

Establishes exemptions allowing divulgence only to the intended recipient or with permission of the sender, or when covered by exemptions in Section 13-3012.
