Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-606 regarding the Department of Veterans' Services' authority to act as executor, administrator, guardian, or conservator.

Changes language in subsection A from "conditioned upon" to "conditioned on" for grammatical consistency.

Maintains the requirement that the Department of Veterans' Services post a $500,000 corporate surety bond with the Secretary of State for faithful discharge of duties as executor, administrator, conservator, or guardian.

Allows courts to authorize charges for each estate's bond premium share to be paid from estate assets and deposited into the state general fund, with the Department determining the charge amount.
