Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 26-1003 regarding jurisdiction of the military justice code.

Corrects grammatical language in subsection A to specify that persons discharged from the National Guard "who is" becomes "who are" for proper subject-verb agreement when charged with fraudulently obtaining discharge.

Maintains that individuals fraudulently discharged from the National Guard remain subject to court-martial for the fraudulent discharge charge and any other offenses committed before the discharge.

Retains existing provisions that persons who desert from the National Guard remain subject to military justice code jurisdiction regardless of any subsequent separation from service.
