Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 26-126 relating to military affairs violations and classifications.

Removes the phrase "the provisions of" from subsection A, which describes penalties for knowingly failing, refusing, or giving false information to a county recorder or enrolling officer.

Maintains the classification of such violations as a class 2 misdemeanor for persons providing false or refused information.

Maintains the classification of violations by county recorders or enrolling officers who fail to perform duties or falsify records as a petty offense.
