Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-1019 regarding political signs and tampering with them.

Changes the protected period for political signs from 45 days before a primary election to 60 days before a primary election, and extends protection to 15 days after the general election.

Establishes restrictions on government removal of political signs in public rights-of-way, requiring signs to meet safety standards, size limits (16 square feet in residential areas, 32 square feet elsewhere), and include candidate/campaign contact information.

Requires jurisdictions to notify candidates or campaign committees before removing non-compliant signs, with a 24-hour notice period before removal, and mandates retention of removed signs for at least 10 business days.

Exempts controlled access highways, overpasses, and designated commercial tourism zones (maximum 2 per municipality) from the prohibition on removing political signs from public rights-of-way.
