Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2907 regarding covered health and medical services under the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).

Requires AHCCCS to conform its coverage of transplants for eligible members to the standards adopted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services under 42 Code of Federal Regulations part 482.

Removes prior exclusions on specific transplant types (pancreas only, pancreas after kidney, lung, hemopoietic cell allogenic unrelated, non-ischemic cardiomyopathy heart, and hepatitis C liver transplants) that were previously prohibited from coverage.

Establishes that nonexperimental transplants approved for title XIX (Medicaid) reimbursement are covered services, subject to federal CMS standards.
