Amends sections 32-3214 and 32-4404 of Arizona Revised Statutes to modify public access rules for health profession and nonhealth profession regulatory board records.

Dismissed complaints and nondisciplinary orders remain available to the public through direct board contact but cannot appear on the board's website, except that practice limitations or restrictions may be posted online.

Requires boards with websites to display a statement informing the public they can obtain additional records including dismissed complaints and nondisciplinary actions by contacting the board directly.

Exempts board meeting minutes and notices from these restrictions when kept in accordance with Arizona's public meeting requirements.

Requires all health profession and nonhealth profession regulatory boards to comply with these requirements by January 1, 2012.
