Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 37-252 regarding taxation of state trust lands that are sold.

Removes the provision that allowed purchasers' failure to pay taxes when annual deferred payments became due to constitute automatic forfeiture of the land to the state.

Requires the state land department to withhold issuance of a patent for sold lands until all taxes on those lands have been paid.

Maintains requirement that county treasurers provide statements to the state land department documenting taxes paid on lands held under certificate of purchase.
