Amends transaction privilege tax revenue distribution to require 50 percent of revenues collected from sources located on Indian reservations be transmitted monthly to each respective Indian tribe for telecommunication infrastructure and community development projects.

Modifies section 42-5031.01 to clarify the limitation on distributions to qualifying Indian tribes for postsecondary educational institutions, specifying the state treasurer shall not transmit more than $1.75 million annually or one-tenth of transaction privilege tax revenues from reservation sources, whichever is less.

Updates cross-references in section 42-6010 regarding municipal tax incentive penalties to reflect renumbered subsections in the transaction privilege tax distribution provisions.
