Prohibits business entities, including consumer reporting agencies, from selling or exchanging information about credit inquiries arising from consumer mortgage loan applications to third parties.

Exempts sales or exchanges to third parties that already hold an existing mortgage loan on the property.

Exempts information provided by mortgage originators or servicers to third parties providing services related to loan origination, servicing, securitization, secondary market sales, or similar mortgage-related transactions.
