Prohibits consumer reporting agencies from issuing negative consumer reports on active duty military members during their service period.

Requires a three-month grace period after active duty service ends during which consumer reporting agencies cannot issue negative reports.

Applies only to members of the National Guard or military reserve units of any U.S. Armed Forces branch.

Applies only when active duty was ordered by the United States and not voluntarily entered into by the member.
