Amends section 15-901, Arizona Revised Statutes, to increase minimum instructional hours required for full-time students in grades 1-3 from 712 hours to 892 hours per 180-day school year.

Increases minimum instructional hours for grades 4-6 from 890 hours to 1,070 hours per 180-day school year.

Increases minimum instructional hours for grades 7-8 from 1,068 hours to 1,180 hours per 180-day school year.

Increases minimum instructional hours for high school students from 720 hours to 900 hours per 180-day school year.

Effective only if a separate bill addressing multiple and conflicting legislative dispositions of statutory text is enacted into law.
