Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3823 regarding access to sex offender registration records (statements, photographs, and fingerprints).

Permits use of registration records by law enforcement officers and for dissemination as provided in section 41-1750.

Allows the Department of Economic Security to access registration records to evaluate qualifications of persons applying for employment or volunteer positions working with children and vulnerable adults.
