Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 17-304 regarding landowner prohibition of hunting, fishing, and trapping on private land.

Requires landowners or lessees to post notices or signboards that are at least 8 inches by 11 inches with capital, bold-faced lettering at least one inch high containing "no hunting," "no trapping," or "no fishing."

Specifies posting locations must be at all points of vehicular access, property or fence corners, and at intervals of not more than one-quarter mile along property boundaries, with alternative option of orange-painted posts with 100 or more square inches of orange paint.

Changes criminal trespassing liability to require that posted notices also contain the words "no trespassing" or that a person knowingly remains unlawfully on property after being asked to leave or disregards reasonable notice prohibiting trespass.

Prohibits posting on state or federal lands except by consent of the fish and game commission.
