• Adds the postponement statement as a required element (item 8) in the notice of sale content requirements and incorporates it into the statutory form for notices of trustee's sale.

• Changes statutory language from "prior to" to "before" regarding the timing of the last publication date relative to the sale date (ten days before the sale).

• Applies to any deed of trust for which a notice of trustee's sale is recorded on or after the effective date of the act.
