Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 36-501, 36-533, and 36-539 relating to court-ordered psychiatric evaluation and mental health treatment proceedings.

Modifies the definition of "examination" in section 36-501 to include "professional multidisciplinary" exploration rather than just "an" exploration of psychiatric history and mental condition.

Updates section 36-533 to allow physical examinations to be performed by licensed physicians, registered nurse practitioners, or under physician supervision, with results reviewable by the evaluating physician and permitting remote observation by audiovisual media.

Changes language in sections 36-533 and 36-539 from "examination" and "conducted examinations" to "observations" and "participated in the evaluation" when referring to physician involvement in patient evaluations.

Requires affidavits to include a summary of supporting facts and results of the physical examination when relevant to the evaluation.
